This was a special meeting to discuss the future structure of the
hallc_replay_lt software

Progress reports
----------------
- Nathan pushed his changes to PionLT
- Richard updated KaonLT, pushed everything to UTIL_KAON
  - still working on LTsep software updates and when all working, will push to
    JLab Git
- Vijay will double check that his final version of LTsep is pushed to JLab

New issues
----------
Discussion about UTIL_BATCH
- Brad Sawatzky wants the output filename specified in the job directly, so
  that the iFarm takes care of moving the file to MSS as part of the job

Casey is not part of c-pionlt group, will ask Hanjie to be added
- Stephen is owner of c-kaonlt hcana installs
  - probably should archive some old versions

Casey re removing some old symlinks
- will make a script to check loading of param files, to check where params are
  coming from, will try to organize the output in lists by category
  - after this is done, we should archive param files that are no longer being
    used
  - this script will also be a useful tool to check for errors in the param
    file setup in a consistent way
  - Richard: can incorporate this script as a function in LTsep package
  - Casey: recommends to run this script as part of every full major replay
  - Nacer: his replay of low Q2 KaonLT is coming too soon to make use of this
    script, unfortunately

Discussion about Containerization
- Anil: streamlining the software is a necessary first step for
  containerization and long term preservation of analysis framework
  - PionLT/KaonLT is a good early adoption candidate
  - Nathan offers to be Anil's point of contact for PionLT software
  - Richard can provide Anil with any extra info for KaonLT analysis workflow
    - shows some nice analysis flowcharts that are being made for his thesis
