Mark's comments on the slides from the latest email...
There is a minimum time between pulses of about 100ns in the FADC. It must have
to do with the integration window which is about 100ns. For the FADC this leads to
block of reference times from the trigger. I see it in the detector signals also.
In addition to effecting the FADC reference time, this also means that for detectors like the
cerenkov one has to correct for the loss of events becuase of the block. The less segmented the
detector the bigger the problem.
