failure for setting OPE trigger

Description

Kaito & Ken tried to take data of WC with cosmic ray.
Cosmic data was obtained. however, we failed to setting One Photo-Electron trigger (OPEtrig) because one of the PMT attached to WC acrylic box didn't work as we thought.
The parameters for pedestal and threshold (TET) were decided in same way for each PMT by monitoring online FADC250 signals via EEL PC DAQ GUI.
We also checked the gain is the almost same in those two.
