Description

Release 1.5.33 added support for -l, -v and --version command line flags. -l suppresses the startup logo, and -v/--version print the analyzer version and build information (ROOT version, git commit hash etc.) These features need to be ported to the master branch.

Cherry picked the relevant commit from Release-150 and collapsed them into commit 5d789a4 on master. Tested on macOS 10.6 and 10.12 as well as on Linux RHEL7.
