I have found the following shift instructions area on the Hall C wiki:

I am just posting to keep everything thorough, this is from Garth's email 7/28.
Two objectives need to be complete...
1) One person to carefully go through Garth's PDF and make sure there are absolutely no errors in any of the numbers, including kinematic settings, run times, event rates, etc. Richard is the volunteer.
2) A second person with more experience (maybe Pete or Tanja) to take a critical look at everything in the PDF to see if it makes sense. There are a number of unanswered questions listed in there, certain contact names need to be updated, etc. The run plan for the first 1-2 days of beam is the most critical. Pete is the volunteer.
Assuming this goes well, my next steps will be to produce similar run plan documents for each of the other 5 beam energies of the experiment. But those should be more straightforward and will follow the format of the attachment very closely.
