The Aerogel detector calibration procedure include:
- The conversion of the flash ADC sample values to photoelectrons. The conversion coefficient is the difference between mean values of channel pedestal and first photoelectron peak which determined from Gauss fits of cosmic or beam data. This procedure needed for all channels and in the end you have set of conversions coefficients.
- Second step is the control of the position of the single electron peak versus time for each channel. It achieved by fitting experimental data (fADC spectrum) with more complex function (Poisson + three Gauss) over all experiment period.
