Kaon_LT Experiment

Script for running the analysis runs through two replays and does the calibration in the middle. I've also created a "checker" script that plots the drift time for each wire with electron PID. According to the README, a plot such as this should be flat if the calibration has worked.

So far, the SHMS looks like this once replayed but the HMS does not! Need to figure out what's going on with the HMS.

Also the SHMS code currently tries to find the NGC for PID, I've edited the code to comment this out and look at the HGC instead.

Richard, the code is currently on my github but I can push it to the JLab repo if you want. Still ironing out some issues with it (mainly with the HMS as mentioned).
