First version of EVIO event unpacker. Should convert EVIO data structures to supply uncalibrated raw data products (hits), using the mapping configuration. (hits) to analysis framework. Requires that at least the basic parts of the data model have been defined. Since this will run as part of the level-3 trigger, good performance is especially important.
