Standard GEM cluster analysis algorithm, copied from existing code. Takes deconvoluted GEM readout strip data and detects clusters of hits. The output are GEM hit data products, subject to a configurable threshold cut. At a later point, we'll develop alternative and/or more advanced algorithms. This would be a good application of for machine learning techniques. learning.
