* Handling of calibration constants
** PMT pedestals and gains
** Geometry, detector and PMT locations
** Index of refraction
** Single pe amplitude
* Pulse height (# of pe) extraction
** Sum of mirrors in field of view of track
** (perhaps later) Correction for overlapping tracks
