Calculates amplitude sum for threshold Cherenkovs. The module should support Threshold Cherenkov analysis, including * Handling of calibration constants ** Geometry, detector and PMT locations ** Index of refraction ** Single photoelectron pe amplitude * Pulse height (# of photoelectrons) pe) extraction ** Sum of mirrors in field of view of track ** (perhaps later) Correction for overlapping tracks (the above should be made subtasks)
