  • Erik
    • Running optics analysis on data from the pion L/T experiment
    • Goal is to learn how to do the analysis and also use the results for NPS as some of the settings are very similar
    • Meeting with Holly tomorrow to discuss progress
    • Other students working on this: Christine Ploen, Joshua Crafts

    • Working on the HMS Cerenkov calibration
    • Will present results next Thursday 7/20
    • Looking into waveform analysis and clustering in hcana
  • Zheng
    • Monitoring plots/GUI with both HMS and NPS data are available
    • Will present results next Thursday 7/20
    • Decoding script with both HMS and NPS data is basically ready, but need to update all cratemaps, databases, etc. Consulting with Mark Jones on how to do this.
    • Working on DIS cross section measurements with previous data (F2 experiment) with the help of Bill Henry

    • Adding time offsets to FADC decoded data
  • Yaopeng
    • Working on DAQ with Bob. Now being able to take data with both HMS and NPS.
