- working on learning NPS software ( see file attached ) https://redmine.jlab.org/attachments/1918
- Alex will give FADC manual so he can look at time algorithm
- timing distribution a bit wide but not reference substraced ( expect 4 ns jitter so seem to make sense )

- some settings need to be checked for minimum calorimeter angle and HMS interference

- Alexandre copied wiki box from previous experiment, only link to shift schedule updated
