it includes both eDIS from PDF and resonance from Peter Bosted fit, tries to connect them at W=3GeV
eicRate code at https://jlabsvn.jlab.org/svnroot/solid/evgen/eicRate_20101102/
It has eDIS from PDF only and extends to resonance region
The two have differences in both eDIS and resonance regions
It would be good to check and understand them.
