Check if the VDC matchvalue cut is configurable, both in the new and the old code. If not, implement.

Yes, fErrorCutoff can be set in both the old and new VDC code via database parameter "max_matcherr".

For completeness, added support for reading "coord_type" from the database also in OldVDC. In practice, everyone always uses "RotatingTransport".
