Carlos showed me where the calibration scripts he created are...

I have attached a copy of each README text for the calibrations. Following these README texts will successfully give the new calibrations. There are a few quick notes for clarification.
My question before finishing this issue is if I should preform the calibrations for cosmics or just wait for beam.
