Description

As much as possible, copy user's comments from source to target files. Allow turning this feature off with a switch, e.g. --no-comments.

This can be quite tricky. Some comments are specific to keys, others more like a header for the file. Fixed-format files are easier in that respect since the comment position strongly suggests its function.
