How to use Partons on JLab farm¶

log into the gateway and on ifarm

module use /scigroup/cvmfs/hallb/clas12/sw/modulefiles

( or alternatively /cvmfs/oasis.opensciencegrid.org/jlab/hallb/clas12/sw/modulefiles )

Software is located at :

/u/group/ldrdgff/camsonne/Partons

you can compile and run the example in

/u/group/ldrdgff/camsonne/Partons/partons-example

and run

bin/PARTONS_example data/examples/gpd/computeSingleKinematicsForGPD.xml
