  • GEM
    • DAQ running, found GEM latency for UVA
    • Jerry will come drill holes on Monday - need to clean up the table
    • 1 UVa, 1 uRWell
    • check with Harsh for VMM
    • get Hirose to APV 25 from Kondo
    • get one slot backplane from Huong
  • Hall C
    • 2 crates installed with CPU, VTP , SD and TI, but still need to put on network and boot
    • May 25th installation
  • PMTs
    • ECal : 1 block - finishing test of last PMT and will install
    • scintillators are back : ready to install and test -
    • preshower in WN still being worked
    • 2 independent config + 1 with both crates
    • Alex will work on FADC trigger with Hayden
  • Look for switch for Hall C from Hall A
  • MRPC
    • starting to look at design of adapter
