*VMM testing

• test with 7 pulses, dead time longer but, start seeing pulses after 5th pulses
• will test with more
• updated code to support multiple boards
• in beam : Jeff designing power board rad hard designed - mapped out - check
  FADC
  library updated to match manual
  need check DMA
  *implementing new firmware
