* Updates ESB

** Network pulled and put switch should have network 196 

** GEM

*** booted MPD crate

*** tried to boot VTP crate, issue with controller 

*** Ching can pull out extension cable from SBS, can give extension

*** 2 payload boars for up to 8 MPDs

*** 9 MPDs in crate

*** can setup SBS backplane with one or a few APVs to take pedestals and test software

*** Zhiwen gave github to previous GEM software, need to discuss and figure out what decoders are needed

*** VMM : use ethernet readout and might use long cables as back up for supply

*** need to check for power supply for VMM, need to check if we can use electronics group one or use the MPOD.
