*** all code for 128 channel prototype simulated - getting ethernet interface and try next week

*** change in policy : can borrow scope and generator at home to look at clock - clarification less than 50 V 

*** plan to borrow the testing board : BNL only getting chip back when boards are done - testing direct output ? 

** MPD VTP readout : on going

** FADC VTP readout in hands of Dave Abbott for testing : test with streaming TCP stack about 5 Gbit for now expect increase 9 Gbit 

*SoLID 

** look at streaming option for VMM, need rough cost estimates - 1 GBT + optics : 200 $  - 10 K$ Felix 40 links per card  

** second generation to 10 gig - for LHC upgrade - 

** fiber optic module SMU 10 gigE
