• what we need to do at beginning
• what needs to be measured

**GEM

• need set up cosmics setup
• Can we test all MPGDs at same time ?
• test GEM one by one
• trigger : cosmics trigger
• add small scintillator for effciency
• plateau scan ?
• make stand to take cosmics with most or all of MPGDs - use actual stand and put veritcal maybe
• all APVs, MPDs , need one slot backplane only for uRGroove and uRWell
• need config with both ADC and GEM

PMTs
*put 1 scinitillor - can take data, need to figure latency.

• copied simple decoder but need to adjust windows

**Software

• start with simple decoder
• all SBS online installed in container with Penguin and Podd

**Counting house

• setup CODA on solidpc2
• basic config with TI in Hall C
• prepare FADC and GEM
