According to my knowledge about the boiling runs we have now, I made a preliminary run plan for the new boiling runs. Since I am not very experienced, this run plan may not be very mature. You can make your modifications based on it. I also attached an information summary for the previous boiling runs.

—————————New Boiling Run Plan—————————
1. Calo HV off, Sweep Magnet off, EDTM=40 Hz (Actually I think it can also be 0 because we’re not going to use edtm to correct for the dead time)
2. Only use ps4 as the trigger (all the other should be -1) and use the proper pre-scale factor to keep all the runs have similar trigger rate.
3. For LH2, take 10 min runs with:
— Beam = 5 uA, ps4=0 (1:1)
— Beam = 10 uA, ps4=2 (3:1)
— Beam = 15 uA, ps4=3 (5:1)
— Beam = 25 uA, ps4=4 (9:1)
— Beam = 35 uA, ps4=5 (17:1)
— Beam = 40 uA, ps4=5 (17:1)
3. For LD2, take 10 min runs with:
— Beam = 5 uA, ps4=4 (9:1)
— Beam = 10 uA, ps4=5 (17:1)
— Beam = 15 uA, ps4=6 (33:1)
— Beam = 25 uA, ps4=6 (33:1)
— Beam = 35 uA, ps4=7 (65:1)
— Beam = 40 uA, ps4=7 (65:1)
4. For Carbon, the trigger rate seems much lower than LH2 and LD2, so we take 20 min runs with:
— Beam = 5 uA, ps4=0 (1:1)
— Beam = 10 uA, ps4=2 (3:1)
— Beam = 15 uA, ps4=3 (5:1)
— Beam = 25 uA, ps4=3 (5:1)
— Beam = 35 uA, ps4=3 (5:1)
— Beam = 40 uA, ps4=4 (9:1)
5. For Dummy, take 10 min runs with:
— Beam = 5 uA, ps4=0 (1:1)
— Beam = 10 uA, ps4=0 (1:1)
— Beam = 15 uA, ps4=0 (1:1)
— Beam = 25 uA, ps4=0 (1:1)
— Beam = 35 uA, ps4=0 (1:1)
— Beam = 40 uA, ps4=0 (1:1)

Events for each run before pre-scale should be no less than 500k especially for 5 uA runs.
I gave those pre-scale factors just according to the boiling runs we have now, maybe Charles can estimate the rate and give a better version.

To study the influence from the fan frequency, we can also take the following runs:
5. For LH2, take 10 min runs with 30 uA for 30, 40, 50, 60 Hz fan frequency (may need to adjust the coolant pump to keep the temperature)
6. If possible, take the same runs for LD2.
