  • GEM
    • DAQ working
    • 1 GEM UVA on site
    • gas system being assembled and 2 bottle of N2 arriving tomorrow
    • need HV for testing with detector ( Alex MPOD today or Friday)
    • need to coordinate when HV is on
    • did quick test with VMM in test lab, might have seen hint of signals, but noisy with self triggering, will try with external trigger, I got the software on laptop, need to try in ESB
    • need to put together cosmics triggers
    • uRWell on site, one UVA chamber
    • need check on hirose adapters -
    • backplanes : 2 x 2 backplanes from florian, 4 from Dustin, could use 5 slots if needed
    • need to design VMM frame

• detector
  • needs to be put together, hardware to be ordered
  • take SHV patch from Hall A ?

• Cerenkov
  • check if we have cable for the sum, could try to take cosmics
  • gas system : test ?

• ARC DAQ setup
  • can take data
  • done with Cerenkov test
