Script for running the analysis runs through two replays and does the calibration in the middle. I've also created a "checker" script that plots the drift time for each wire with electron PID. According to the README, a plot such as this should be flat if the calibration has worked.

So far, the SHMS looks like this once replayed but the HMS does not! Need to figure out what's going on with the HMS.

Also the SHMS code currently tries to find the NGC for PID, I've edited the code to comment this out and look at the HGC instead.

DC calibration script seems to be working for both HMS and SHMS chambers. Made a short script to produce some comparison plots. Improves considerably post calibration. Now need to examine stability of chambers over different run periods/periods of time. Will need to establish how frequently we need a calibration.

Good progress being made on the DC calibrations. Things look to be improving and it looks relatively stable. Need to examine a larger range of runs.
