* Updates

** GEM

*** test APVs : 60 good APVs passed low level, need to take pedestal runs

*** talk to Florian for how signals are distributed on MPDs : 5 MPD for GEM, uRWell and uR Groove, 3 left fo additionnal detectors

*** need distribution board from SBS to gather signal on MPDs Ching-Him will look for them, Moller does not use them

*** talked with Xinzhan about pixel readout GEM : use APV but different spacing from existing GEM - would be good to make 1 and 2 APVs slot backplane

*** Huang will bring a detector - still waiting for GEM - only 1 GEM + Florian's detector

*** no update on LV : can ease boxes in EEL , 5V, MPOD can do 6V but need to check current

*** sent email to SRS for Hirose to panasonic - 

*** asked to Dustin McNulty : 2 2xAPVs backplane we can loan - bring next time he is at the lab

*** HV : ESB - 2 GEM CAEN crates need board can check with Bill need up to 4 kV, MPOD one board can go to 6 kV - 8 channels - might need break up HV - Alex will try to set up a Lecroy

*** VMM : need 12 V supply - might have one in Testlab but not rad hard - check and maybe use for initial testing

*** CODA : config for GEM, need to set up optical connection - need to add transceiver and fiber

*** checked cable from SBS : cables are still hot

** Cerenkov

*** will try DB9 cable - will try to turn it on at some point

*** readout with FADC - need to check if still getting sum of PMTs

** MRPC

*** laptop setup for sampling electronics, cannot talk to boxes for now - maybe need firmware update

*** other channels readout with TDC, need to figure how to get signal out : NINO board or go to NIM electronics, will need to make adapter

** Timeline installation

*** all part to assemble detector support, Eric will put it together on Friday

*** need to decide when we go in the Hall - and check with Jerry and tech to make space and have installation

*** some cables need to be moved to Hall C - 

*** bunker locations still need to be defined

*** layout HV cables 

*** check rack space for crates 

*** start to setup crates in Hall C

*** need optical fiber - need to get from Hall A

*** need to install new computer in Hall C - counting house 

*** BNC cables for FADC - basket of cables
