I took at look at what you need to connect the TI 31.25MHz clock to the F1 FrontPanel SD.
There's some TI switches that need to be set. They're near the top of the module, if you're looking at the PCB with the VME connectors on the right:
(See Attachment #1 - TI_TDC_Switches).
The TDC connector on the TI has these pin outs. Those 4 signals need connected to the f1 front panel SD ( See Attachment #2 - TI TDC Table)
You'll connect the clock to Connector A (14,13) and the rest of the signals to/from connector B on the F1 front panel SD. (See Attachment #3 F1v1 TDC Input Output Table).
